About Me
As a kid I was always outside and then in high school I was on the MT Spokane ski team. That was my first taste of focused training. When I went to college I wasn’t as active and took up a smoking habit that lasted 10 years. During that time I would still run. As I got older I had to choose between running and smoking. I chose running! I completed my first marathon in 2001 in Chicago right after 9/11. It was an emotional day for all 40,000 runners. Several marathons later, I tried a Triathlon. In 2008, I got certified to teach indoor cycling and developed the beginner triathlon clinic. I also love yoga, so got certified for that as well! Personal training is a natural fit for me as I love working with client’s one on one and in the class setting.
