I am a sponge for wellness and health information. My husband and kids can vouch for that. I spend many hours watching my children’s activities including football, basketball, volley ball and cross country. I also enjoy working out myself and feel it’s important to practice what you preach. I love summer, boating, hiking, golfing, bike riding and in the winter I love to ski. I love trying new healthy recipes to make for my family and friends. I’m very enthusiastic, dependable, and a great motivator!
