Biography :

I grew up in Montana. Hiking through the hills behind my house, building forts and going on adventures. I have been a runner for as along as I can remember. After I had my youngest I had a hard time finding the motivation to workout or even go for a run, but a move to the south for my husbands Army career and days of trying to stay busy led me back to running and strength training and I fell in love with it all over again. I decided to get my certificate in personal training and train for some big races. I focused on my health, my strength and my endurance. I lost all my baby weight, but more importantly I gained confidence in how strong and capable my body is to do amazing things.
