Did you know May is already a third into the year???
That's right, 4 months in and we are still adjusting to the ever changing seasons, as should your workout routine. If you've accomplished your resolutions you should have adjusted and re-set your goals. If you didn't accomplish your resolutions, you should assess and re-adjust your schedule or routine as you set new goals.
You may be forced to adjust to the changing seasons but you are in control of accomplishing your goals by adjusting your healthy habits and your daily schedule, outside of work that is.
There is no wrong time to re-set and re-adjust to find success. Not only in
your health, but in any goal you set for yourself.
