We are dedicated to reshaping and defining lives through group exercise while inspiring, motivating and committing to each individual's success!

With over 153 years of combined teaching experience and over 75 certifications.

We have 3 group exercise studios.  We offer a wide variety of classes for you to choose from, along with many time options to fit most everyone's schedules.  Over 110 classes each week which includes Hydro-Tone, TRX, Kickboxing, Barre, BodyPump, and various Yoga classes.  We pride ourselves on teaching to all fitness levels in all the classes we offer, as to make sure every student feels welcomed and accomplished.
